You're on the shared setup password. Open Team and set up your own login (and one for each employee and technician). Once you set your own password, the shared one stops working.

Technicians tap "Allow" for location the first time.

“Complete / Finish call” lists

What a technician (or the office) picks when finishing a call. One option per line. For Spanish-speaking techs add the Spanish after a bar, like Replaced lock | Cerradura reemplazada.

Each person sets their own password with a one-time link (good for 7 days). Copy it and send it to them by text or WhatsApp. Nobody, including the office, ever sees their password. “Reset” makes a new link and signs them out; “Turn off” blocks the login right away.
